LUMIFOLD identifies the UESE industrial spin-off/product line dedicated to Architectural Cladding and Habitable Containers. Corporate information is provided also for information-society service-provider transparency purposes.
2. Nature and purpose of the portal
The website is primarily a professional B2B informational, technical and commercial portal. It presents concepts, ranges, images, technical sheets, documents, RFQ forms and distribution opportunities. Unless expressly stated, it is not an e-commerce platform and does not automatically conclude sales contracts.
3. Accuracy, availability and updates
UESE takes reasonable care to keep content current, but specifications, components, availability, colours, prices, performance and configurations may change due to industrial development, regulation, suppliers or project requirements. The specific quotation, order confirmation, technical revision, approved drawings and conformity documents prevail.
4. Renders, images and product information
3D renders, photographs and schemes are illustrative. Colours, gloss, textures, joints, LEDs, furniture and accessories may differ from production. Cladding appearance depends on substrate, orientation, light, tolerances and installation. Container layouts and utilities depend on climate, intended use, destination country and site requirements.
5. Certifications, markings and conformity evidence
UESE management-system certifications do not automatically certify every individual product. CE, DoP, ETA, CSC, fire classifications, mechanical tests, electrical declarations and other evidence are supplied only where applicable to the configured product and identified in the supply dossier.
6. Intellectual and industrial property
Trademarks, names, logos, layouts, texts, photographs, renders, drawings, construction details, technical documents, software, databases and know-how are protected and belong to UESE or their licensors. Systematic reproduction, commercial extraction, document reverse engineering, watermark removal or use to manufacture competing systems is prohibited without written authorisation.
7. CAD/BIM and technical downloads
Downloads may be used to evaluate, design or specify LUMIFOLD products in a legitimate project. Dimensions, tolerances, performance and details must be checked against the latest revision and UESE technical confirmation. Files are not automatically “for construction”, shop drawings or “as built”.
8. Use of UESE and LUMIFOLD marks
References in specifications or third-party presentations must not imply a partnership, agency, exclusivity or endorsement beyond what has actually been granted. Distributors and resellers may use brand material only under authorised agreements and guidelines.
9. External links
External links are provided for convenience and do not constitute general endorsement. UESE does not continuously control third-party availability, security, accuracy or privacy practices.
10. Security and prohibited conduct
Unauthorised access attempts, aggressive scraping, malware, form spam, circumvention of technical limits, unauthorised vulnerability testing and unlawful or confidentiality-infringing use are prohibited.
11. Informational use and liability
To the extent permitted by law, UESE is not responsible for design, structural, utility or investment decisions made solely on general portal content without checking the actual project configuration. Mandatory liabilities and specific contractual commitments remain unaffected.
12. Governing law and contacts
Italian law governs non-contractual aspects of the portal, subject to mandatory rights. Reports concerning content, intellectual property, security or corporate information may be sent to info@uese.eu.
13. Corporate information and formal communications
Corporate information published on the portal is maintained consistently with public company records. Formal communications concerning orders, claims, disputes or statutory rights should use the channels stated in the applicable contract or privacy notice; generic web forms do not replace any formal method required by law or contract.
14. Distributors, dealers and third parties
A person or company may describe itself as an authorised distributor, dealer, contractor or partner only where a corresponding relationship has been granted. Unless express authority is given, third parties may not bind UESE, alter specifications, provide warranties or issue conformity statements in UESE's name.
15. Technical standards and regulatory references
References to ISO, EN, IEC, EU regulations or other standards must be read against the edition, scope and product configuration actually applicable. Mention of a standard on the website does not automatically represent conformity of every product option or the entire range.
16. Security reporting and responsible disclosure
Security vulnerability reports should be made in good faith without accessing unauthorised data, altering systems, disrupting services or making premature public disclosure. UESE may designate a dedicated channel for coordinated handling of valid reports.
